I recently tried Reboot in the Blood Orange flavor, and I’m really liking it so far. The flavor is refreshing and not overly sweet, which is a big plus for me.
The L-tyrosine is probably what I notice most. Menopause brain fog is real, and I feel like this gives me a little extra support with focus and mental clarity. I also like that it includes creatine, because I already use creatine regularly for strength and muscle support, so getting a little extra is a nice bonus.
The ingredient list is pretty clean, and it fits well with the way I eat. Overall, Blood Orange is definitely my favorite flavor, and this has been an easy addition to my routine.
The taste is good and I love how this doesn't mess with me physically like the traditional energy drinks do.
