Up to three, but most people land at one or two. One scoop is 140mg of caffeine, which is comparable to a strong cup of coffee. If you're using Reboot daily, two scoops covers the morning-and-afternoon rotation most subscribers settle into. Three is the ceiling, not the recommendation.

I'm caffeine-sensitive. Where should I start?

Start with half a scoop in 12oz of cold water. The microencapsulated time-release means even a half-dose lasts meaningfully longer than a half-cup of coffee would. If you tolerate the half-scoop well, scale up to a full scoop after a week. There's no need to rush.

Can I drink it with coffee?

Yes, but read the math. One scoop of Reboot is 140mg of caffeine. A cup of coffee is roughly 95-120mg. Stacking them puts you in the 250-300mg range, which is fine for most people but firmly above the gentle daily zone. If you're going to pair them, run the coffee first and the Reboot two to three hours later. Don't stack them at the same time.

Can I drink it with a pre-workout?

We'd recommend not. Most pre-workouts already contain caffeine, often in larger doses than Reboot, and adding Reboot on top is how you end up jittery and crashing. Reboot was designed to replace pre-workouts for most people, not stack with them. If you've been using a pre-workout, try Reboot 30 minutes before the workout for a week and see how the session feels.

What if I missed the white film and didn't shake long enough?

The product will still work, but you'll get a less even distribution of the time-release coating across the dose. Shake for at least 10 seconds the next time, or pour the mixed drink into a second container and back to even it out.

The flavor seems too strong or too weak. What do I do?

Adjust the water. More water for a milder flavor, less for a more concentrated taste. The ingredient doses stay the same regardless of water volume, you're just changing how concentrated the flavor is.
